Low Fat Chicken Gyros


Low Fat Chicken Gyros (Aprox. 4-5 Grams of Fat for One Sandwich depending on how much chicken you use)

Fat Free Tzatziki (Greek Yogurt and Cucumber-Dill Sauce) See Recipe on Blog
Toufayan Onion Pita Cooked on Both Sides Using 1/4 Tablespoon Light Butter
1/4 Tablespoon Light Butter or No Fat Cooking Spray
Sliced Onion
Sliced Tomato
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Cut onion and tomatoes for sandwich
Heat light butter in a skillet and move the Pita around to coat both sides
Pita should only take 2 minutes or so on one side
Flip Pita and let cook for another minute until golden brown on both sides
Portion chicken strips in a covered dish and microwave for 1 minute while Pita is cooking for its last minute
Assemble sandwich
Soak on Sauce and enjoy

Variations:
+ I like to sprinkle a little garlic salt on the Pita while cooking 2-3 minutes on both sides in a pan
+ Baby Arugula Salad with Lemon, Shredded Carrots, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and Pepper on Pita with Chicken and Sauce (Rock Star)
