Turkey Stuffing Sandwiches + Gravy
Ingredients
for 9 servings:
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
Sage, Rosemary,Thyme
Sea salt
Black pepper
Hefty E-Z foil roaster pan to cook stuffing in
Saran wrap to wrap sandwiches
Directions:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place cubed stuffing in a
large bowl. Heat the celery and onions with 3 cups of chicken broth over medium
heat for 3-4 minutes. Season with sage, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Remove
from heat and pour over stuffing. Lightly mix and place in roaster pan. Cover in
foil and cook for 30 minutes. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and remove foil for
another 15 minutes of cook time for a crunchier top.
Let the stuffing cool. Cut into 9 servings. Place one piece
of turkey down on saran wrap; place a portion of stuffing on top then another piece
of turkey to make a sandwich. Wrap tightly and place all 9 sandwiches in
refrigerator to have yummy meals for the week.
When heating in the microwave make sure to pour the yummy
Fat Free gravy over the top...simply delicious. Best if eaten with a fork and
knife (righteous).

This has to be the easiest, tastiest recipe that I have ever
made. It is scrummy delicious and you can make a batch once a week and enjoy. You
will not put this turkey down once you pick it up...it is that good.
Variations:
+For lower carb meals, hold the stuffing. Just heat up the turkey and gravy and
eat some raw veggies as a compliment.
+Any stuffing variation that your family has.
