Low Fat Chicken Caesar Salad

Dressing:

Low Fat Caesar Dressing (Less Than 5 Grams of Fat in the Whole Recipe)

In a Blender Mix:

4 cups plain FAGE Fat-Free Greek yogurt store strained & home strained for 20 min.
1/2 cup of Fat Free milk
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice +the zest of 1/2 fresh lemon
2 Tablespoons or 6 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons or 6 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
1 Tablespoons or 3 teaspoons of anchovy paste
1 Tablespoons or 3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon or 3 teaspoons of freshly ground pepper
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Salt to taste

Blend on High until Smooth and Creamy for Thinner Dressing
Or Remove the Milk and Use Mixer in Bowl for Thicker Dressing
Refrigerate Over Night (Must for Taste)

Salad Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce
Caesar Dressing
Optional Topping:
Homemade Fat Free Croutons
Cracked Black Pepper

Directions:
Make Dressing and Let Stand Overnight
Cut Romaine Lettuce for Salad
Heat Chicken in Covered Microwave Container for 1 Minute
Mix Salad
Add Toppings and the Flavor Angels Sing "YUM"

Dealio: These are Bold flavors that can be played with for taste. Frankly I was Shocked when this dressing came out so Delicious ...I hate almost all the ingredients independently...who knew?

Variations:
Use La Banderita Fat Free Corn Tortillas cut into strips and baked for topping
Use La Banderita Fat Free Flour Tortillas and roll salad into a Wrap
